Event Description:
Our May concert features Emily Barrett, who will present “Rhapsody in Bloom: Songs of Spring and Summer” on piano. Her repertoire will include Fon-Fon by Ernesto Nazareth, Troubled Water (based on Wade in the Water) by Margaret Bonds, Spring Intermezzo by Betty Jackson King, Waltz of the Flowers (from The Nutcracker) by Tchaikovsky and Meditation by Chaminade.
