Steak & Vine is hosting a Duckhorn Vineyards, Napa Valley dinner on Thursday, March 16 at 6:30 p.m. The dinner will feature six courses, each paired with a wine from Duckhorn Vineyards, one of North American's premier producers of Napa Valley wine. ?Steak & Vine Chef ?Michael Wilson's Napa Valley-inspired dishes will compliment a variety of wines including Decoy Sauvignon Blanc 2015, paired with Beet Salad with butternut squash, whipped ricotta, and almond butter; Duckhorn Chardonnay 2014, paired with Bacon wrapped Scallop Applewood smoked bacon; Migration Pinot Noir 2014, paired with Fresh King Ora Salmon with pinor noir butter and wild mushroom ragu; and more.
