Join us for a very special 60-minute fitness experience. We promise a safe, effective, full body workout for ALL fitness levels. We’ll provide the music, the motivation, and the moves...all we need is YOU. This Yoga Bootcamp will leave you feeling stretched, stronger, and inspired. Wear comfortable athletic wear. Please bring a yoga mat and leave the rest up to us.
Coordinated by Megan Wenstrup of the FitGive Movement, your workout will be led by Shalee Cunneen and Kelly O’Donnell. These two power yogis are also Epilepsy moms. Unmatched energy, inspiration, and FUN guaranteed!
Get your sweat on Wednesday, June 29 at 6PM. We’ll meet in the Southwest corner of Gordon Park in La Grange, just east of the intersection of La Grange Rd. and Ogden (enter parking lot off Ogden). In the event of inclement weather, we’ll move the event indoors with details communicated no later than 6PM on Weds., June 9.
