One of BrightLeaf’s latest projects was Zero Energy Ready certified, built with LEED Gold standards, saved the owner 60% in utility bill costs and was better for the environment. Building materials and finishes were locally sourced, contain recycled content and were low or no VOC (volatile organic chemical).
