Aodake, meaning ‘green bamboo’, started off as a small sushi & hibachi restaurant that is constantly striving to live up to the bamboos’ symbol of strength & hospitality. After the success of Aodake Sushi & Steakhouse, we are now expanding to LaGrange as a casual restaurant specializing in traditional Japanese ramen.
