Financial Operations Manager
Summary:           Financial Services Firm seeks highly energized and confident Financial Operations Manager who will thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment. Candidate will be extremely professional, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, can follow-through on a consistent basis, accept direction, learn quickly, and have excellent computer skills. Individual will provide support to a successful financial advisor and his team and enjoys working in a small business, close-knit office environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Additional duties may be assigned):
  • Perform general administration and support functions for the office as required
  • Correspond with clients to accurately prepare and complete new account applications, asset transfers, and other service forms
  • Handle routine matters for client accounts including processing name and address changes, bank authorizations, and paperwork execution
  • Answer client questions via email, telephone, and face-to-face
  • Preparation for prospect and client meetings
Minimum Requirements:
  • 3+ years’ experience in financial services industry a plus
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written
  • Investigate, research, and resolve problems and/or concerns
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to learn and utilize CRM and Reporting Tools
