Each Wednesday through August 12, we featured a different small-group outdoor exercise class or mind-body relaxation with fun and fresh ideas led by a different local wellness business.Try out new movements for all fitness levels and introduce yourself to a variety of routines. Sign up for this weekly sampler of La Grange-area fitness businesses. Advance registration is required. Limited to 9 participants each class; class times are 8am and 9am.
